Shipping

• Flat rate. $4.95 per order, no matter how many jars you add.
• Where we ship. Addresses in the United States.
• Processing. Orders ship within 1 to 3 business days.
• Delivery. Most orders arrive 3 to 7 business days after shipping. We email tracking as soon as your order is on its way.
• Sales tax. Calculated at checkout where required.

Our money-back guarantee

We stand behind every jar. If you're not satisfied, email us at [email protected] within 30 days of delivery with your order number, and we'll refund the price of the item.

• We'll email you a return address if we need the jar back. Returned jars go to Minnie's Food Pantry, so nothing is wasted.
• The $4.95 shipping fee is not refunded, except when we made a mistake.
• Refunds go back to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days of approval.

Damaged or wrong item

If something arrives broken or isn't what you ordered, email us a photo and we'll replace it or refund you, shipping included.
